Cancellation Policy

You will be fully charged (100%) of the training course fees, if cancellation is NOT received by TIBCO in writing at least ten (10) business days in advance of the training course. If training is cancelled by TIBCO, then TIBCO will either: (1) fully refund the money at your request, or, (2) reschedule the training based on the next available date (or if On-site Training, as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties). You may not cancel OnDemand eLearning courses. TIBCO shall not be held responsible for any cancellation, postponement or unexpected delay due to factors or circumstances beyond its control.

Cancellation Liability – We reserve the right to cancel classes for any reason. Liability is limited to the return of payment only. We will not reimburse registrants for any travel or hotel cancellation fees or penalties.

Data Protection (applicable to EMEA region customers)

The information that is collected on this form will be held and processed for the purposes of booking a place on a TIBCO training class. I agree to TIBCO Software recording and processing this information about me, I understand that this information will be used only for the purpose(s) set out in the statement above, and my consent is conditional upon TIBCO complying with its duties and obligations under the EC Directive EC/95/46 of the European Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and applicable national laws within Europe concerning data protection.
