When can students cancel and under what conditions?
Students must cancel at least 10 business days prior to the start of
class in order to get a refund. If a request is received less than 10
busines days prior to the start of the course, a student is eligible to
reschedule once.
If a student has registered for a course and can no longer attend,
he/she can nominate another person to attend. All requests must be received
in a written format and can be emailed to
training@mysql.com. MySQL
requires that the request include the new attendee's name, email address and
telephone number.
If a student cannot attend the first day of class but will arrive
later, he/she must notify MySQL; he/she will be considered a No-Show without
prior notification. Notifications can be emailed to
training@mysql.com.
No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
MySQL reserves the right to cancel any Public Training Course up to
ten (10) business days prior to the start-date of the course. Please keep
this cancellation policy in mind if you are considering non-refundable
airline tickets.
MySQL will not be responsible for travel, lodging, or any
other expenses you may incur.
How can I use pre-purchased Training Credits?
MySQL Training Credits are a currency-based “account” of funds that can be used to purchase on-site, certification vouchers, and public scheduled training classes.
Where can I use Training Credits?
Training credits can only be used in the Region where they were purchased. The Regions are identified here as:

NEUR - Northern Europe: UK, IRL, SWE, NOR, FIN, DEN, BEL, LUX, NE
CEUR - Central Europe: Germany, Austria, Switzerland
SEUR - Southern Europe: France, Spain, Portugal, Italy

Is there an expiration date on my Training Credits?
Yes, credits will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused funds are forfeited and no extension beyond expiration is permitted.
